The AET Group began its activities in 1964 in the field of galvanized steel towers for medium and high voltage and heavy metal structures.

Starting in 1972, activities expanded with the production of electrical and telephone accessories and the development of new production technologies. During these years, the group’s companies established themselves as leaders in the metalworking and electrical component sectors.

In the following decades, thanks to the extensive experience acquired and the desire to diversify business areas, AET also established itself in the railway and renewable energy sectors.

Today, the main specializations concern railway track systems and technological systems, directly managing the phases of design, construction, testing, and commissioning. Thanks to the experience and know-how acquired, the company now boasts a consolidated position in its sector and is engaged in the construction of various railway, metro, and tramway lines for several institutional clients.
