Rossella Paliotto

Chief Executive Officer

Holder of a degree cum laude in Economics and Business Administration, mastered in Accounting, Finance and Control, Rossella Paliotto is the Chief Executive Officer of AET srl, besides being a noted entrepreneur.  After joining the company in 2002, she was appointed CEO after a few years, and today Mrs. Paliotto leads the entire industrial group. From 2003 to 2005, she was President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria in Naples and, currently, she acts as chairman of several organisations. In 2018, she was elected President of the Banco di Napoli Foundation, becoming the first woman leading one of the most ancient banking foundations in the world.

Vincenzo Totaro

Chairman of the Board

Vincenzo Totaro has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Administrative Director of AET srl since 1998. With a degree in Business Administration and a specialisation in Management, Mr. Totaro worked as an accountant and auditor for several years before joining the world of corporate administration, serving in prestigious positions in several companies. He has a deep knowledge of corporate strategy and governance, as well as consolidated experience in tax-related matters.

Fabrizio Incutti

Technical Director

Fabrizio Incutti is the Technical Director of AET srl, in charge of project engineering and of the technical management of some construction sites. A Civil Engineering graduate, Mr. Incutti has worked with AET for over 15 years. He started his career as a consultant for real estate and infrastructure projects, acquiring significant project management skills. He joined the company in 2003 as a Project Manager. From 2015 to 2017 he worked as a Project Manager for Mate Consulting srl, an IT consultancy firm, returning to AET as Technical Director in 2017.
