AET ensures the highest competence, professionalism, impartiality, and adherence to professional ethics by all its collaborators.

In March 2018, the AET Board of Directors approved and adopted the Code of Ethics and the Organizational, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, with the appointment of a Supervisory Body. With the adoption of the 231/01 Model, the company aims to indicate and disseminate a system of shared values and behavioral rules to promote the maintenance of correct conduct and compliance with current regulations in relationships between the company and its external and internal stakeholders.
